Slow Cooked Hickory Smoked Pork Butts
  • We use old-fashioned slow smokehouse cooking, with state-of-the-art electronic controls to automatically regulate heat, moisture and smoke content.
  • We start with the finest ingredients: Top-quality USDA-inspected Boston Pork Butts, Pork Ribs or Beef Brisket.
  • We smoke our meat with genuine 100% Tennessee Hickory, burned over a pure gas flame in a separate chamber, so that wood particles and ash never touch the meat.
  • When pulling pork, we ALWAYS pull the pork by hand, in a two stage process to assure a uniform product.
  • We NEVER use artificial flavors or colors.
  • Vacuum-packed and fresh frozen in air-tight, leak-proof containers, Gino's barbecue has a shelf life of one year when stored frozen, or 12-14 days when thawed and stored at refrigerator temperature.
  • We never compromise on ingredients or preparation, and weekly USDA inspections assure you the same high quality every time.
  • We've been using the same recipe since 1977, and we feel confident that we produce the finest quality barbecue available anywhere.
